Remodel and addition in Venice – This residence, currently in Plan Check, began as a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom 1 story. The design will turn the existing residence into a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom 2 story home with a new entry and a loft space. The decision was made to maintain the footprint of the house and go up, preserving the existing small yard between the owners’ unit and the studio in the rear.
