Remodel and addition in Venice – The program required that additional square footage be added to turn the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom residence into a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with an enclosed 1 car garage. We extended the home’s program into the yard by adding an outdoor dining room and living room.
